The Art Fund Pavilion Exhibition

Event Details

Exhibition of designs submitted for the Art Fund Pavilion Competition

After winning the prestigious £100,000 Art Fund Prize in 2008, The Lightbox decided to run the Art Fund Pavilion Competition to design a new, outdoor, semi-permanent pavilion for their courtyard, which would act as an additional gallery space during the summer months and as a lasting legacy of their achievements to date. The competition was so well-received that The Lightbox decided to take a cross-section of the 600 designs submitted and curated a special exhibition to show to the public. The finalists and the winning design from Tina Manis Associates of the USA can be viewed on the second floor Balcony Gallery.
